摘要
北京市长安街西延工程永定河特大桥工程中,根据工程技术要求及混凝土抗冻性影响因素,优选原材料,优化混凝土配合比,采用"双掺"技术,并使用掺加引气剂的聚羧酸高性能减水剂,对混凝土拌合物工作性和硬化后的抗冻性、抗压强度、绝热温升进行试验,提供了满足要求的大体量抗冻性能混凝土。
Considering engineering technical reqtiirements and factors influencing concrete frost resistance in Yongding River super-long bridge construction of Beijing Chang'an Avenue Westward Expansion Project, raw materials were strictly selected and concrete mix proportion was optimized. Double-mixing technique was adopted and poly carboxylic acid high-performance water reducer added with air-entraining agent was used, to test the service performance of concrete mix, as well as frost resistance, compressive strength and adiabatic temperature rise of hardened concrete. Mass frost-resistant concrete satisfying the engineering requirements was successfully prepared and supplied.
