脊髓缺血再灌注损伤的发病机制与治疗进展 被引量:12

摘要 脊髓缺血再灌注损伤(spinal cord ischemia/reperfusion injury,SCII)常发生于脊髓长期缓慢受压迫如黄韧带、后纵韧带增厚骨化、椎间盘突出引起椎管狭窄或椎管内肿瘤逐渐增大压迫脊髓引起脊髓缺血性损伤的患者在通过手术减压后随即出现更严重的部分或原受压平面以下全脊髓损伤症状[1]。如不及时处理,脊髓功能可能长期或永久损伤,严重影响患者生活质量,造成个人、家庭甚至社会的负担。
