摘要 缺血/再灌注损伤在中枢神经系统常见,脑或脊髓缺血/再灌注损伤均可造成严重的神经功能损伤。已知哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(m TOR)相关信号通路参与脑或脊髓的缺血/再灌注损伤,但具体作用尚存争议,文中就m TOR通路和中枢神经系统缺血/再灌注损伤的相关研究作综述。 Ischemic reperfusion injury is common in the central nervous system, and could result in serious neurological function damage. Previous studies have shown that mammalian target of rapamycin participate in this pathophysiological process, but its specific role is still debated. The recent advances in cerebral and spinal cord ischemic reperfusion injury were reviewed.
