摘要
以新发现的一种真菌瑞克纤孔菌的菌丝体为原料,用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖的含量,用香草醛一高氯酸显色法测定菌核中三萜类化合物的含量,福林酚法测定多酚含量。测定结果为瑞克纤孔菌菌核粗多糖得率为2.6%,菌核中多糖的含量为3.32%,平均回收率为99.1%,RSD=2.02%,瑞克纤孔菌粗多糖中多糖含量为46.436%,RSD=1.31%。瑞克纤孔菌菌核中三萜类化合物的含量为4.36%,平均回收率为99.0%,RSD=0.21%。瑞克纤孔菌菌核中多酚的含量为1.07%。与药用真菌桦褐孔菌比,多糖含量比后者略高,三萜含量较低,多酚含量略低,此结论有利于进一步研究瑞克纤孔菌的药理药效。
Using the Inonotus rickii sclerotium as materials to measure the contents of polysaceharides, triterpenoids and polyphenols. Polysaecharides were detected by the method of phenol-vitriolic colorimetry taken glucose as standard. Total triterpenoids in Inonotus riekii sclerotium were quantified by spectrometry method using oleanolie acid as standard and 5% vanillin-glacial acetic acid & perchloric acid as color - developing agents. Polyphenols were deteimined by Folin-phenol method. The results indicated that the crude polysaccharides yield in Inonotus obliquus was 2.6%, polysaccharides in sclerutium was 3.32%, and the rate of recovery was 99.1%, RSD was 2.02%. Polysaccharides in crude polysaccharides was 43.642% and RSD=I.31%. Triterpenoids content in Inonotus rickii sclerotium was 4.36%, and the rate of recovery was 99.0%, RSD was 0.21%. Polyphenol content in Inonotus rickii sclerotium was 1.07%. Compared with chemical constituents of medicinal fungi Inonotus obliquus, polysaccharide content in Inonotus rickii is slightly higher than the latter, triterpenoids content is lower, the polyphenol content is slightly lower. The conclusion is helpful to further research on pharmacological effects of Inonotus rickii.
