摘要 中国政府—社会关系的转型、社区建设的迅猛发展需要大学发挥作用,而大学人才培养和社会服务功能的发挥也需要社区,这是加强大学与社区互动关系的基本依据。国外在大学与社区关系问题上的经验对中国高等教育改革有重要参考价值。中国大学与社区之间的关系有多种形式,但存在着制度化水平低、稳定性不够等问题。南京晓庄学院秉承陶行知的教育思想,在大学与社区的互动关系上进行了有益的实践探索。
