摘要
从人力资源管理角度对高校辅导员胜任力特征进行分析研究,并以此为基础提出辅导员绩效评估的"胜任力"特征,能进一步促进当前辅导员工作的有效性,提高辅导员工作专业化、规范化和制度化水平,为构筑更为科学、合理的高校辅导员绩效评估体系提供参考。
This paper first makes an analysis and study of the competence features of college counselors from the angle of human resource management. Based on this, it then puts forward that evaluating the performance of college counselors with competence as a guide can further improve the efficiency, professionalism, institutionalization and standardization level of their work, which provides reference for building a more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system for college counselors.
