摘要
爆发力、速度力量耐力是短道速滑运动员最重要的专项力量素质,专项力量训练的内容、方法和手段,对运动训练的有效性和比赛成绩有着重要的影响。分析短道速滑专项力量训练常用手段,并针对性地提出不同专项力量训练的内容与负荷控制。认为我国优秀短道速滑运动员力量训练中,应结合比赛速度和比赛节奏制定力量训练计划,提高神经肌肉的适应能力,让大脑与肌肉更加协调地配合工作,力量训练不仅注意负荷的大小而且要注意用力的方式,应加强速度耐力训练中的力量和步频的连续稳定性训练。
The explosive force,strength and endurance of speed are the most important quality of the special strength of short track speed skaters,the content,methods and means of special strength training have an important effect on the performance and the effectiveness of training. Analyzing the common method of special strength of short track speed skating,and puts forward different contents and load control of special strength training. The paper thinks that we should make the strength training plan with speed and rhythm of competitions in the strength training of Chinese excellent short track speed skaters,improve the adaptation ability of neuromuscular,let the brain and muscle more coordinated work,strength training not only pays attention to the size of the load but also the hard way,we should strengthen the reliability training of strength and frequency of stride in speed endurance training.
