摘要
几年来,体育总局干部培训中心对国家队教练员赴国外培训的理念、管理手段、教学实施、课程设置等多方面进行了认真的总结。为了进一步提高培训质量,使培训过程更加科学、完善,培训内容更有针对性、实用性,培训中心不断进行研究和思考,立足细节狠抓创新,从细节入手,科学合理的完善培训计划的组织工作、课程设置、监督评估等;同时,不断创新培训理念、方法、手段,提出了将国家队教练员赴国外培训班努力培养成为学习型组织,将参加培训班的国家队教练员培养成为学习型教练员的培训理念。
The Administrators Training Center of National Sport General Administration believes that the key to success in the national team coaches training abroad are details and innovation which is nmning by management. By perfecting all-directions details about training management, including training plan, course, supervision and evaluation and by innovating the method, means and principle about the training management and coming up with learning-pattern organization and coach concept, the Administrators Training Center has made great success in the national team coaches training abroad, and puts forward an aim to cultivate learning-pattern organization and learning-pattern coaches.
