摘要
通过对广州体育学院田径队短跑运动员速度、速度耐力及负荷控制等训练要素的实施,总结出短跑训练的指导思想和基本思路,为短跑训练的科学化、系统化提供实践指导。
Through to implementing sprinter speed,speed endurance,load control and the other factors of the Sprint Athlete in Guangzhou sports institute track and field team,then summarizes the guiding ideology and the basic mentality of the sprint training,Expected to the scientifical and systematical sprint training by providing the theory basis and the practice instruction.
