摘要
采用《人际关系综合量表》、《安全感量表》、《总体主观幸福感量表》,以183名内蒙古高校教师为被试,研究人际关系与心理安全感、主观幸福感的关系,结果显示:高校教师人际关系在性别、蒙汉民族、教龄上都没有显著性差异。对人际关系与心理安全感、主观幸福感进行相关分析和回归分析,结果显示:人际关系困扰与心理安全感、主观幸福感呈极其显著负相关,心理安全感、主观幸福感对人际关系有直接的预测作用。
This paper studies the interpersonal relationship and the relationship between the human relations and the sense of psychological safety and subjective happiness by adopting Interpersonal Relationship Integrative Diagnostic Scale, Security Questionnaire, and the Overall Perception of Subjective Happiness Scale. 183 college teachers from universities in Inner Mongolia were sampled. The research findings show: there are not marked differences be- tween the college teachers' interpersonal relationship on sex, nationality, and school age. The analysis of personal relations, sense of psychological safety and feelings of subject well - being shows : extremely marked negative correlation was found among the personal relations disturbance, sense of psychological safety and subject well - being. The sense of psychological safety and the feelings of subjective happiness have direct prediction effects.
