摘要
为了考察中小学教师组织认同、职业认同与主观幸福感的关系,以316名中小学教师为研究对象,采用组织认同量表、职业认同量表和总体主观幸福感量表进行调查研究。结果发现:组织认同、职业认同与主观幸福感三者之间呈显著正相关。组织认同对职业认同具有显著正向影响,职业认同对主观幸福感具有显著正向影响,职业认同在组织认同与主观幸福感的关系中起中介作用。
In order to examines the relationship among organizational identification, professional identity and subjective well-being, 316 teachers from primary and secondary school were surveyed with the organizational identification scale, professional identity scale and subjective well-being scale. The results show that: positive correlation existed between organizational identification, professional identity and subjective well-being, organizational identification could influence professional identity positively and significantly, and professional identity could influence subjective well-being positively and significantly, professional identity could play a partial mediating role in the relationship between organizational identification and subjective well-being.
