摘要
核桃农林复合是解决农林争地矛盾的有效途径之一,为更好地推进贵州核桃农林复合的持续发展,培育林业新的经济增长点,利用SWOT法分析了贵州核桃农林复合发展现状。结果表明:贵州发展核桃农林复合具有核桃种质资源丰富、复合模式多样、经济—生态—社会三大效益明显优势,但存在优良核桃种苗匮乏,重栽培轻管理,栽培技术不高等劣势;具有国家、地方优惠政策扶持,5个100工程的大力助推,农村闲置土地等发展契机,但也面临生产周期长、见效慢而导致农户积极性不高,加工技术较差、市场竞争力弱,标准化水平低、增收增效有限等问题。从选育优良品种,调动农户积极性,建立示范园区,构建分配机制,建设标准化体系等方面提出了加快推进贵州核桃农林复合发展的对策。
Walnut-crop intercropping was an efficient path of solving the conflict of land demand between agriculture and forestry.In order to preferably propel the sustainable development of walnut-crop intercropping in Guizhou and cultivate new economic growth points of forestry,SWOT method was used to analyze the current development status of walnut-crop intercropping in Guizhou, and development countermeasures were proposed as well.Results：The strengths of walnut-crop intercropping development in Guizhou mainly contain abundant genetic resources,many kinds of walnut-crop intercropping systems and remarkable economic,ecological and social benefits.The weaknesses primarily consist of lack of fine breeds and saplings, thinking highly of cultivation but ignoring management and technological backwardness of cultivation.National and endemic politics,five varieties of one hundred programs and idle land due to the transfer of surplus agricultural labor force brings Guizhou new chance to develop walnut-crop intercropping. The threats it is facing includes low initiative of farmers partly owing to long production period and slow effect, weak market competitiveness because of under-developed process technology,limited increase in the income of the farmers and the enterprises on account of short of standardized production method.The countermeasures that push forward the development of walnut-crop intercropping are composed of breeding improved varieties and manufacturing pure saplings,arousing the cultivation enthusiasm of farmers through conducting vigorous propaganda of the agroforestry profit, guiding spontaneous cultivation of farmers by means of building demonstration garden, establishing reasonable distribution mechanism between farmers and companies, i.e.sharing risk and profit, and formulating standardization system to speed up the development of walnut-crop intercropping in Guizhou.
