摘要
在体育教学中采取多元化的评价机制,一方面可以调动学生学习和训练的积极性,激发学生参加体育学习和训练的兴趣,培养学生参加体育锻炼的习惯和爱好;另一方面还可以提升教师的主导地位,提高教学质量,增强训练效果。采取多元化的教学评价机制,既是一项对训练价值进行判断的目标活动,同时又是对客观训练满足学生主体需要程度的判断。
To use diversified teaching evaluation mechanism in sports teaching,on the one hand,can motivate students' initiative in learning and training, stimulate their interest in participating in sports learning and training, and cultivate their habit and love of participating in physical exercise; and on the other hand, it can improve the teacher's leading role, improve teaching quality, and strengthen training effect. To use diversified teaching evaluation mechanism is not only an objective activity judging the value of training, but also an index measuring the satisfaction of objective training for students' subjective needs.
