摘要
以一个具有代表性的实际工程项目——石大体育看台为对象,对现金流均衡项目调度优化问题进行了研究。首先介绍该工程项目的实际背景;随后基于承包商角度构建现金流均衡项目调度优化模型,并设计禁忌搜索算法进行求解,得到的满意进度与实际进度相比,现金流均衡幅度提升35.35%;最后,通过将理论结果与现实情况的对比分析,找出该工程项目在实际管理中存在的差距,研究了影响现金流均衡的关键因素,结论如下:通过提高支付比例、延迟截止日期、缩短支付时间间隔,可以减小现金流量缺口,实现现金流的有效均衡。研究可为项目进度管理、现金流控制提供定量化决策支持。
Taking a practical engineering project,the stadium of UPC,as background,this paper studied cash flow balanced project scheduling optimization problem.The project was presented at first.Then the optimization model was constructed from the contractor ’s perspective.Through solving the model using the tabu search algorithm,we obtained the desirable schedule which decreases the cash flow gap by 35.35%.Against the desirable schedule,the practical schedule was analyzed and the problems existing in the project management were found. The key factors influencing cash flow balance were studied as well and the conclusion was as follows:the contractor can strive for a larger payment proportion,a longer deadline,a shorter payment time interval to control the scale of cash flow gap,ensuring the cash flow to be balanced. The research in this paper can provide support for quantitative decisions on the management of schedule and the control of cash flows.
