摘要
本文以一个具有代表性的实际工程项目——JZDWBD-Ⅴ为对象,对支付进度安排问题进行研究。作者首先介绍该工程项目的实际背景;随后从承包商、业主及双方联合等角度构建该项目支付进度安排的优化模型,并求解获得不同角度下的满意支付进度安排;通过将理论结果与现实情况的对比分析,找出该工程项目在实际管理中存在的差距,为支付进度的管理、项目工期和费用的控制提供定量化决策支持。
Taking a practical engineering project,JZDWBD-Ⅴ,as background,this paper studies the project payment scheduling problem.The project is presented at first.Then the optimization models are constructed from the contractor's,the client's,and the joint perspectives respectively.Through solving these models,the desirable payment schedules are obtained.Against the desirable payment schedule,the practical payment schedule is analyzed and the problems existing in the project management are found,thus providing quantitative supports for the decision on the management of payment schedule and the control of project duration and costs.
