摘要
将模拟技术、人工智能相结合的定性模拟,对于处理定性知识十分有效。基于模型分解方法和定性数学,根据工程项目供应链合作中已验证的相关结论,构建了合作绩效的定性模拟系统。通过模拟,对工程项目中冲突的解决时机问题进行了研究,论证了当不能在冲突产生的第一时刻将之解决时,应当在彻底影响到合作对方对自身信任之前解决,这一关键时刻的把握是冲突解决时机的关键。
Qualitative simulation, which has developed from simulation technology and artificial intelligence, is proven to be useful for qualitative knowledge management. Based on qualitative mathematics and the model-decomposition method, a qualitative simulation system of engineering project collaboration performance in the supply chain is set up according to the tested correlations in engineering project collaboration. Then the opportunity of conflict resolving is simulated and the result is analyzed such that any conflict should be resolved before the declining of partner's trust, if the conflict can not be resolved immediately after it occurs.
