摘要
目的分析江门市中学生抑郁症状流行特征及相关因素,为中学生心理干预提供依据。方法整群抽取江门市4所中学的初一至高三3 669名中学生进行Beck抑郁自评问卷(BDI-Ⅱ)调查。结果江门市中学生抑郁症状发生率为23.90%,其中中重度抑郁症状发生率为9.68%;是否独生子女之间抑郁症状水平差异无统计学意义,不同性别、不同年级学生抑郁症状发生率差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为14.775,201.400,P值均<0.01),女生(25.58%)高于男生(22.41%),高中生(28.66%)高于初中生(19.25%)。多因素Logistic回归分析发现,年级、父母关系、家庭经济与中学生抑郁产生有关(P值均<0.05)。结论父母要为孩子提供良好的家庭教养环境。学校要加强心理健康教育和心理咨询服务,提高中学生心理健康水平。
Objective To survey the prevalence of depressive symptom and to analyze its relative factors in the middle school students.Methods A cross-sectional survey was carried out with Beck Depression Inventory(BDI) among 3 669 students of 4 middle schools.Results The occurrence rate of depression symptom of middle school students was 23.89% in Jiangmen city,in which,the moderate depression students were 9.68%.Chi-square tests showed no difference of statistics in whether they were single-child(P 〉0.05) that males and senior high school students had higher the prevalence rate of depression than females and junior high school students respectively.The rate was 25.58% for females,22.41% for males,19.25% for junior high school students,28.66% for senior high school students,respectively.Logistic regression analysis revealed that depression was significantly related to grade,parents relationship,household economy and academic record.Conclusion Improvement in psychological health status of middle school students depends upon improvement in education and rearing environment reinforcement of psychological health education and psychological counseling service.
