摘要
本文从抑郁的诊断标准角度出发,提出阈下抑郁的概念。阐述了辩识抑郁与阈下抑郁的意义。本文还介绍了抑郁和阈下抑郁的分类、诊断和特征,针对阈下抑郁提出了相应的调节和治疗策略。
From the perspective of diagnostic criteria, we put forward the concept of subthreshold depression. Subthreshold depression refers to the existence of some depressive symptoms and depressive mood, but not in line with major depressive episode symptoms, and the course of disease. This article also classified major depression and subthreshold depression, their diagnosis and characteristics,and made a brief summary. Fianally, it proposed some corresponding adjustment strategies for subthreshold depression.
