摘要
教师专业发展是教育管理者重点关注的问题。就经济欠发达地区高中青年教师专业发展面临的问题进行阐述,根据经济欠发达地区高中青年教师实际,探索出比较适合经济欠发达地区高中青年教师专业发展的重要途径——校本教研和校本培训(以广东省梅州市五华县城镇中学为研究对象),同时从学校管理方面提出保障校本教研和校本培训能顺利开展的策略,促进青年教师的专业发展。
Educational managers focus on teachers which high school young teachers meet with during professional development. This research discusses the problem the professional development in economically underdeveloped areas. According to the current situation of high school young teachers in economically underdeveloped areas, this research probes that both of school - based educational research and school - based training are suited for high school young teachers professional development in economically underdeveloped areas. And the object of this research is Urban Middle School at Wu Hua County in Mei Zhou, Guang Dong Province. Meanwhile, this research wants to promote the young teachers professional development, so it comes up with how to protect school -based educational research and school -based training to carry out successfully.
