摘要
影响教师专业成长的因素是复杂多样的,其中“高原现象”是一个非常重要因素。“高原现象”是教育心理学的一个基本概念。它指的是在学习或技能的形成过程中,练习的中后期往往出现进步的暂时停顿或下降的现象。在曲线上表现为保持一定的水平而不上升,或者甚至有所下降,并在某一阶段停滞不前,往往使人灰心失望,故有人称其为“失望之高原”。本文拟对教师专业成长过程中所存在的“高原现象”的表现及其产生的原因、特征进行分析,同时提出一些克服“高原现象”的有效措施,以期达到促进教师专业成长的目的。
There are a lot of factors influencing teachers in their major growing, of which "Plateau Phenomenon" is the most important one. It is a basic concept of educational psychology, which means that in the course of the fornfing of study habit and learning skills, phenomenon of pausing or falling down appears in the middle or later before making progress. The curving line indicates that it keeps the same rising up, or even falling stage of practice level instead of down, and in some period it keeps a low level which is discouraging, called "The Discouraging Plateau". This paper is to probe into its ways, reasons and qualities, putting forward effective measures to prevent such phenomenon, and finally helps teachers improve the growing in their profession.
