摘要
通过对杭州市近千名中小学班主任的调查发现,中小学班主任的自我效能感主要与师生关系、自身能力、考核评价以及外部支持等因素有关。要增强班主任的自我效能感,班主任需要加强与学生的情感沟通,加强自身能力建设,同时要完善班主任考核、评价制度,强化社会、家庭以及学校其他教职员工的育人意识。
It found out through the investigation to nearly a thousand class teachers in the elementary and high schools of Hangzhou that their sense of self-efficacy is mainly associated with the factors such as the relationship between teachers and students, their teaching skills, the check and appraisal as well as the outside support. If the class teachers want to raise their self-efficacy, they must promote the friendly relations with students, strengthen their own competencies, and meanwhile the school should perfect the check and appraisal instituttions of class teachers and reinforce the educational consciousness of the society, the families and all the other staffs besides class teachers.
