摘要
根据并发火灾的特点,分析灭火资源的有限性和火场需求的无限性之间的矛盾,提出应对能力的定义和数学计算方法。并运用线性规划最优化方法提出了优化调派模型,为城市消防指挥中心预防和处置并发火灾、制定科学合理的灭火救援预案提供参考。
Against the characteristics of intercurrent fire,the contradiction between the limited fire source and infinite requirement was analyzed,and the definition and calculation method of coping ability was provided.The optimized deployment method was built by linear programming,which can provide reference for city fire command center to prevent and manage intercurrent fire,and formulate scientific fire rescue plans.
