摘要
以应急决策系统中常见的消防领域应用为研究背景,尝试将计算机本体技术和全局数据包络分析模型引入消防应急决策过程中,利用本体对领域知识描述明确性及形式化的特点,结合DEA模型的高效数据分析功能,获取高质量的消防领域应急管理模型,协助管理者在短时间内作出合理决策,提高消防工作应急处理能力。
Taking the common fire-fighting field in the emergency decision system as the background of the study, try to introduce the computer ontology technology and global data envelopment analysis model to the process of emergency decision. Taking advantage of the clarity of field knowledge description by ontology and the characteristics of formalization, combined with DEA efficient analysis, we obtained the high-quality fire-fighting emergency management collaboration model to assist managers to make reasonable decisions in a short period of time.
