摘要
介绍现行灭火救援调度指挥体系结构,以及灭火救援中信息获取的内容和决策依据。分析现行灭火救援指挥调度体系在面对较大规模火灾时主要的问题。总结城市消防高空瞭望系统对获取较大规模火灾的救援信息以及改善救援指挥结构的作用。
Combined with fire fighting practice,problems in existing dispatch command system of fire fighting and rescue were analysed in detail,and the command system was improved based on height-attitude lookout,which was helpful for promoting efficiency of fire fighting and rescue.
