摘要
分析了六氟化硫生产和应用中氟硫化合物、氟氧化合物等低氟化物的生成机理和物化性质,并探讨了高温裂解、水洗、碱洗和吸附等消除低氟化物的方法。
The formation mechanism and physico-chemical properties of subfluorides including fluorinesulfur compounds, fluorine-oxygen compounds and so on in the production and application of sulfur hexafluoride were analyzed, and the elimination methods of subfluorides including pyrolysis, water washing, alkali washing and adsorption etc. were discussed.
