摘要
SF6气体在电弧、电火花和电晕放电的作用下会发生分解,产生SO2和H2S等分解产物。通过分析检测SO2和H2S等分解产物可以判断全封闭组合电器(GIS)是否发生故障并判定故障的具体部位。为此,分析了广东省内74个220kV及以上变电站GIS中SO2和H2S的含量,并讨论了电压等级、运行时间和设备生产厂家对其的影响,为判断SF6GIS的潜伏性故障提供基础数据。统计分析结果显示,500kV GIS中SO2和H2S的含量高于220kV GIS,并且运行时间越长,设备中SO2和H2S的含量越高。
Sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) would be decomposed to sulfur dioxide (SO2) and sulfureted hydrogen (H2S) in the occurrence of arcs, spark discharges and corona discharges. By analyzing the content of SO2 and H2 S in SF6 of the gas insulated switchgear (G/S), the fault of GIS can be known and located. The content of SO2 and H2S in GIS (220 kV and above) of 74 transformer substations in Guangdong, China are analyzed, and the influences of different voltages, runtime and manufacturers of GIS are discussed as well, which can provide fundamental data to judging latent faults in GIS. According to the statistical analysis results, the content of SO2 and 1-I2 S in 500 kV GIS is higher than that in 220 kV GIS, and the SO2and H2S content is higher in GIS that has run longer.
