摘要
通过对目前市场主流的六氟化硫气体生产厂商现场色谱检测分析,跟踪特征杂质气体在新气处理过程中的变化趋势,得到了特征杂质气体和气体的变化规律,并指导了六氟化硫生产过程中的质量把控。
In this paper,through the on-site chromatography detection and analysis of the mainstream sulfur hexafluoride gas manufacturers in the market,the trend of the characteristic impurity gas in the new gas treatment process was tracked,and the change law of the characteristic impurity gas and gas was obtained and guided quality control in the sulfur production process.
