摘要
介绍了牛肉新鲜度检测机理 ,提出采用气敏传感器阵列采集牛肉气体 (味 )信息 ,利用概率神经网络作为模式识别处理方法用于检测牛肉新鲜度。通过对不同时间的牛肉样本数据测试与分析表明 ,该研究方法可识别牛肉新鲜度。
A mothod on monitoring for degree of beef freshness which using gas sensitive sensor array is introduced.With this method,beef freshness can be monitored by use of pattern recognition with probabilistic neural network from gas information released by beef.The results of this investigation have made clear that beef freshness can be monitored based on analysis of sample data collected at different degree of beef freshness.
