摘要
对三种芳香族氨基酸即色氨酸、酪氨酸和苯丙氨酸混合体系的荧光光谱进行了测定 ,同时用多元线性回归(MLR)、主成分回归 (PCR)和偏最小二乘法 (PLS)等化学计量学方法对光谱数据直接进行解析。结果表明 ,对光谱严重重叠且响应信号相差较大的氨基酸多组分分析体系 ,采用多元线性回归测定时误差较大 。
A sensitive method was presented for the determination of the ternary amio acid mixtures of phenylalanine,tryptophane and tyrosine.This spectrofluorimetry was performed with a band pass of 10 nm and a scanning rate of 600 nm/min.The spectrofluorimetric data between 273 and 431 nm was collected at 5 nm intervals and then fed into a computer and processed by the multiple linear regression,partial least squares and principal component regression methods using programs written in BASIC.These methods were employed to determine the three amino acids in amino acid oralliquid and 17-amino acid crystal compound injection with recoveries of 96.5%-101.0%.
