摘要
用分光光度法采用1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-荼酚作显色剂,用目标检测因子分析程序处理数据,不经分离和富集同时测定铜锌锰三组分混合体系。选择波长范围500~600nm,pH8.8~10.6。线性测定范围为0~40×10-5g/25mL,检测限为10-8g/mL,回收率为98%~103%
A method for simultaneously spectrophotometric determination of Cu,Zn, Mn in their mixture by factor analysis of target testing has been developed. 1 (2 pyridylazo) 2 naphthol was used as development reagent. The selected wavelength range was from 500 to 600 nm, and pH range was 8.8~10.6. In the trace range of Cu, Zn,Mn from 0 ̄1.6×10 -6 g/mL the beer's law was obeyed. The detection limit was 10 -8 g/mL. The recovery ratio was 98% ̄103%.
