摘要
评述了自1997年以来国内外光度分析法测定镍的进展情况。在各种方法中,常规分光光度法仍是目前应用范围最广的方法。在所用的显色剂中,丁二酮肟试剂是目前测定微量镍的重要试剂,但其灵敏度较低,近年来出现的三氮烯类的试剂较其灵敏度有所提高,因而,合成灵敏度高、选择性好的的显色剂是目前的研究内容之一。另外,将化学计量学与分析化学结合,使组成复杂的样品不经分离而直接进行准确测定在近年来也引起了分析工作者的关注,计算分光光度法测定镍的研究将会得到较大程度的发展。在每种分析方法中,主要从测定体系、测定条件、灵敏度以及实际应用等方面进行归纳和概述。
A review is given for the progress of the spectrophotometric determination of nickel during the last ten years (1997-2007). Among various determination methods, the conventional spectrophotometry is the most widely applied technique at present. And diacetyldioxime is an important chromogenic reagent in spite of its low sensitivity. However, triazene reagents appeared in recent years can improve the sensitivity of determination to some extent. Thus , one of the primary study aims at present is to synthesize new reagents with high sensitivity and selectivity. In addition, the combination of stoichiometry and analytical chemistry made it possible to achieve precise determination of complex samples without pre-separation, which has attracted much attention of analysts. It can be predicted that great progress will be made in the determination of nickel by calculation spectrophotometry. Each method in the present paper was summarized from aspects of detection system, detection condition , sensitivities, and application, etc.
