摘要
本文介绍了化学计量学在我国光度分析中的研究应用及某些进展。这些方法可用于消除干扰,改善选择性,实现无机、有机及药物多组分混合物以及复方制剂的同时测定。
This part was made to review the application and development of Chemometrics to spectrophotometric analysis in China. Many methods were introduced and reviewed based on least squares, optimization, Kalman filtering, factor analysis, partial least squares, regression analysis, orthogonal functions, linear combination, curve resolution, graphic method etc. The stated chemometric and computational methods were widely used to multicomponent analysis of inorganic, organic, pharmaceutical compounds, 90 references were cited.
