摘要
本文研究了卡尔曼滤波(KF)法用于混合苯丙氨酸、色氨酸和酪氨酸的紫外分光光度法同时测定。通过混合标准样品集得到吸收系数矩阵,有效地降低了氨基酸之间的相互作用造成的计算误差,并对波长、波长间隔以及滤波次数对计算结果的影响进行了讨论。在波段240—300nm,波长间隔2nm,色氨酸和酪氨酸滤波26次,苯丙氨酸滤波31次的条件下,用此法对大豆样品进行测定,得到了满意的结果。
The Kalman filtering (KF) method was used for simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of tyrosine,tryptophan and phenylalanine in mixed amino acids system. The error from interaction among components was noticeably decreased due to absorption coefficients matrix based on mixed sample set. The influences of band,wavelength interval and filtering times on analytical result were discussed. This method was used for determination of soybean hydrolysate samples with satisfaetory results under optimum conditions of band of 240-300nm,wavelength interval of 2nm, 31 filtering times for phenylalanine and 26 filtering times for tyrosine and tryptophan.
