摘要
目的 对安氏 类、 类错畸形病例进行矫治前后 X线头影测量分析 ,比较拔牙组与非拔牙组拔牙指数 (EI) ,并探讨临床指导意义。 方法 选择矫治成功的安氏 类、 类错畸形病例 6 2例 ,拥挤度在 0~ 10mm,拔牙与非拔牙矫治病例各 31例 ,运用模型测量及 X线头影测量 ,对两组行对比分析 ,并作 EI的回顾性检验。 结果 矢状向骨骼畸形拔牙组明显重于非拔牙组 ,上下中切牙轴倾度拔牙组较不拔牙组唇向倾斜 ,上下唇突度拔牙组大于非拔牙组。EI对总样本的 70 .5 9%作出了正确的预测。 结论 EI综合考虑患者的骨骼型 ,上下切牙突度及软组织侧貌的突度 ,是一个较为全面而有意义的临床应用指标 ,在错矫治设计 -拔牙与非拔牙矫治决策中有一定的指导意义。
Objective\ To describe the cephalometric evaluation between class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ malocclusion before treatment.\ A comparison was made to characterise the extraction index(EI) between the group of extraction and nonextraction.\ Methods\ Data were obtained from lateral cephalometrics and casts of 62 cases with class Ⅰ or Ⅱ malocclusion.\ There were 24 boys and 38 girls(age range from 11~16).\ The sample was divided into groups according to extraction or not.\ Of the 62 patients selected for each group had 31 patients.\ Subjects had 0~10 mm of crowding.\ Comparison of these two groups included cast and cephalometrics evaluation, as well as a retrospective test of EI.\ \{Results\}\ Malocclusion of the extraction group was more serious than that of the nonextraction group in skeleton on arrowy, in clination of incisors, and the extrution of lips.\ The EI had a correct forecast in 70 59 percent of the sample.\ Conclusion\ EI can reflect a compound result including skeleton of arrowy, extrusion of incisor and lateral soft tissue.\ So EI is a better guidline in clinic.\;
