安氏Ⅱ~1错的颅颌特征因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究安氏Ⅱ1错牙合的颅颌结构特征。方法:53例恒牙初期安氏Ⅱ1错牙合病例。测量8项X线头影测量线距指标,运用逐步回归法做因素分析。结果:男性安氏Ⅱ1错牙合有效下颌长度减小、上切牙突距增加、上颌突度减小、有效上颌长度增加是导致安氏Ⅱ1错牙合颌面结构改变的主要因素。女性安氏Ⅱ1错牙合上下颌长度差减小及下面高增加是导致安氏Ⅱ1错牙合颌面结构改变的主要因素。结论:安氏Ⅱ1错牙合不同性别表现出不同的颅颌结构改变特征,下颌骨长度减小,上颌位置后缩,上切牙唇倾度增加,上颌骨长度增加是男性安氏Ⅱ1错牙合颅颌结构改变的主要因素。上下颌骨长度差减小及下颌顺时针旋转是女性安氏Ⅱ1错牙合颅颌结构改变的主要因素。 Objective: This study was designed to examine the important factors determing the structural changes in craniomaxillary components with Class Ⅱ D1 malocclusion.Method: Lateral cephalograms were available for 53 untreated Class Ⅱ cases (25 male and 28 female, average 12.6 years of age). The Class Ⅱ groups were compared to 57 normal individuals (25 males and 32 females, age 12). Eight linear parameters were measured. By means of stepwise regression, factor analysis was performed.Result:The difference between effective mandible length and maxilla length, upper incisor to point A, point A to nasion perpendicular represent the principle component of class Ⅱ malocclusion in male Class Ⅱ group, while differences between effective maxilla length and mandible length, lower anterior facial height in female.Conclusion: The principle component of Class Ⅱ malocclusion of male and female adolescents shows different significant deformity. Decrease in mandible length and maxilla retrusion, increasing upper incisor proclination and maxilla length are the most important deformity of Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion in male adolescents, while the decrease of differences between maxilla and mandible length, mandible clockwise rotation for female Class Ⅱ malocclusion.
