摘要
目的评价拔牙的综合因素(CF)和拔牙指数(EI)在矫治设计过程中的精确性及一致性。方法随机抽取2009年—2010年临床固定矫治器矫治病例50例,头影测量后计算CF及EI值,将判定结果分别与实际的矫治设计进行比较,计算一致率。结果安氏Ⅰ类错畸形矫治设计时拔牙与否的判定过程中,可以发现EI值比CF值具有更高的精确性。结论 CF及EI的判定结果并不总是保持一致,也不决定最终的矫治设计,仅能作为一个拔牙与否的参考。
Objective To evaluate the CF＇s and EI＇s accuracy and agreement on the plan of extraction or nonextraction orthodontic treatment.Methods 50 patients with fixed orthodontic treatment,in the years of 2009～2010,were selected randomly.Lateral cephalometric films were analyzed,determined and compared with the actual treatment planning,and the ratio of consistency was calculated.Results EI was more accurate than CF on the extraction or nonextraction decision of AngleⅠ orthodontic treatment.Conclusions The determinations of CF and EI are not always the same,so they only provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment.
