摘要
目的探讨青春期拔牙矫治对颅面生长的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法按照纳入标准选择21例非拔牙及21例拔除4颗第一前磨牙矫治的错患者,于治疗前后分别拍摄X线头颅侧位片,比较分析拔牙与非拔牙矫治后的颅面生长变化。结果与非拔牙组相比,拔牙组SNA角、ANB角、Ptm-A、MP-SN角、ANS-Me、N-Me、ANS-Me/N-Me比值减小。结论拔牙矫治对上颌骨及下面高的生长有一定影响,可能使下颌平面相对于前颅底平面逆时针旋转。
Objective To investigate the influence of extraction treatment on craniofacial growth in adolescence, and provide refer- ence for clinical treatment. Methods 21 nonextraction patients and 21 patients with extraction of 4 first premolars were selected. X-ray cephalometrics were taken before and after treatment, then the changes in craniofacial growth of the two groups were analyzed. Results Compared with nonextraction group, SNA, ANB, Ptm-A, MP-SN, ANS-Me , N-Me, ANS-Me/ N-Me of extraction group decreased. Con- duslons There may be some influence of extraction orthodontic treatment on the growth of maxillary and lower facial heights. Mandib- ular plane may rotate anti-clockwise after extraction orthodontic treatment.
