摘要
目的:探讨四逆汤对缺血心肌谷光甘肽S转移酶GST基因表达的影响。方法:昆明种小鼠,随机分为对照组、缺血组、缺血加四逆汤组。提取各组心肌组织总RNA通过RT=PCR,以β=actin为內参照对GST基因的表达水平进行检测。结果:缺血加四逆汤组GST基因表达显著强于对照组及缺血组。结论:四逆汤能诱导GST基因的表达,GST能催化谷胱甘肽与亲电子物质发生结合反应。
AIM: To detect the effect of $iNi decoction on GST mRNA in ischemic myocardium. METHODS: KunMing mouse, randomly allocated into control group, ischemic group and SiNi decoction group. Total RNA was extracted from myocardium of each group. The effect of SiNi decoction on the expression of GST gene was detected by RT-PCR. RESULTS: The expression of GST of SiNi decoction group was significantly up-regulatedfrom control group. CONCLUSION: SiNi decoction can promote the expression of GST gene, which may relate with its protective effect on ischemic myocardium.
