摘要
结果表明四逆汤及其单味药附子、甘草有显著的抗脂质过氧化作用，而干姜无此作用。四逆汤可有效地清除氧自由基，其各单味药在某种程度上有类似作用，但不及全方。
Results indicate that Sini Decoction has a significant effect of anti-lipid peroxidation of its components,Radix Aconoti Praeparata and Radix Glycyrrhizae can significantly supress lipid perxidation of myocardial ho-mogenate ,while Rhizoma Zingiberis cannot. The decoction can effectively scanvenge oxygen free radicals ,each compo-nent haring similar effert to some extent.
