四逆胶囊对厥逆证模型小鼠肢体温度和心电图的影响

摘要 目的:探讨厥逆证模型的建立方法,观察四逆胶囊对模型的影响。方法:根据心电图 J 点电压的变化确定“厥逆证”模型造模时垂体后叶素、硝酸甘油的用量和使用时点,观察造模小鼠肢体温度和心电图的变化及四逆胶囊的影响。结果:注射垂体后叶素再注射硝酸甘油,可复制的“厥逆证”模型;四逆胶囊能阻止模型肢体温度的下降、改善心电图缺血改变。结论:本模型与厥逆证有较大的相似性;四逆胶囊对厥逆证模型具有回阳救逆的功效。 Objective:To probe into the method to establish model of syndrome of cold limbs and observe the effect of Sini Capsule on the model.Methods:Dosages and time points of posterior pituitary hormones and nitroglycerin in modeling of syndrome of cold limbs were determined according to changes of voltage of J point in electrocardiogram(ECG),and changes of temperature of limbs and ECG and the effects of Sini capsule in the model were investigated.Results:Injection of posterior pituitary hormones followed by injection of nitroglycerin could establish the model of syndrome of cold limbs;Sini capsule could block the decrease of temperature of limbs in the model and improve the ischemic changes of ECG.Conclusion:This model is very similar to the syndrome of cold limbs;Sini capsule has the function of recuperating depleted Yang and rescuing the mouse from collapse for the model of syndrome of cold limbs.
