摘要
四逆汤改善缺血心肌能量代谢的效应被研究，结果表明：四逆汤能显著增加缺血心肌ATP的含量，并减少其糖原的消耗；同时，四逆汤还能降低缺血心肌丙二醛和乳酸的浓度。上述结果表明，四逆汤能显著改善缺血心肌的能量代谢，四逆汤这种效应与其清除缺血心肌自由基和阻止脂质过氧化作用有关。
Wu Weikang He guangyao Lo Hanchuan Tan Hongmei Tan Binyan Hou Can The effects of Sini decoction (SD, ) improving the energy metabolismof ischemic myocardinm (IM) were studied in mice. Results indicate that SD can increase ATP content and reduce consumption of glycogen in IM, and decrease concentrations of MDA and lactic acid of IM.The above effbcts suggest that SD can significantly improve the energy metabolism of IM, which may be related to the actions of SD scavenging free radical and preveting lipid peroxidation in MI.
