摘要
目的 :探讨膀胱移行细胞癌中血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)表达与微血管密度 (MVD)的关系。方法 :对 4 3例膀胱移行细胞癌 (TCC)组织及 8例正常膀胱组织的石蜡切片采用免疫组织化学方法检测其VEGF的表达 ,计数微血管数。结果 :正常膀胱组织的VEGF阳性表达率和MVD分别为 0和 1 0 .0± 4 .6。膀胱TCC中G1 +G2 、G3+G4、Ta 1 、T2 +T3+T4的VEGF阳性表达率及MVD分别为 5 9.1 %和 1 7.4± 4 .4、90 .5 %和 2 3 .5±5 .6、5 9.1 %和 1 7.6± 4 .9、90 .5 %和 2 3.3± 5 .5。VEGF表达阳性与阴性组的MVD分别为 2 2 .3± 5 .1和 1 4 .6±4 .2。结论
Purpose:The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between expression of VEGF and MVD in TCC of bladder.Methods:Evaluating the expression of VEGF and counting the number of MV with immunohistochemical method in 43 cases of patients with transitional cell carcinoma and 8 cases of normal control. Results:VEGF expression rate and the MVD in normal tissue were 0? 10.0 ± 4.6 respectively. In BTCC, VEGF expression rate and the MVD of G 1+G 2,G 3+G 4,T a 1 ,T 2+T 3+T 4 were 59.1 %, 17.4 ± 4.4 , 90.5 %, 23.5 ± 5.6 , 59.1 %, 17.6 ± 4.9 , 90.5 %, 23.3 ± 5.5 respectively, MVD of positive and negative staining group were 22.3 ± 5.1 , 14.6 ± 4.2 respectively.Conclusions: The expression of VEGF and MVD were correlated with the pathological characteristic of BTCC.
