摘要
目的观察不同手术方案联合吡柔比星膀胱灌注化疗在浅表性膀胱癌患者中的应用效果。方法将2009年6月-2012年9月本院收治的130例浅表性膀胱癌患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,研究组行经尿道膀胱肿瘤汽化电切手术,对照组行常规膀胱部分切除手术,两组术后均给予早期吡柔比星膀胱灌注化疗,综合比较两种治疗方案的优缺点。结果研究组的手术耗时、留置导尿管时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组（P〈0.05）。研究组并发症发生率（4.62%）低于对照组（15.38%）（P〈0.05）。两组远期复发率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。研究组生活质量评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论经尿道汽化电切手术联合膀胱灌注化疗治疗浅表性膀胱癌可显著提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe application efficacy of different surgical methods combined with intravesical instilla- tion of pirarubicin chemotherapy in patients with superficial bladder cancer. Methods 130 patients with superficial bladder cancer from June 2009 to September 2012 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to a random number table.Transurethral resection of bladder tumor was used in study group,partial cysteeto- my resection of bladder tumor was applied in control group.Immediate instillation of chemotherapy with pirarubicin was used in two groups.The advantage and disadvantage of two treatment regimens was synthetically compared. Results The operation time,indwelling catheter time of study group was shorter than that of control group respectively,intraoperative bleeding volume of study group was less than that of control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complication in study group（4.62%）was lower than that in control group（15.38%）（P〈0.05）.There was no statistical difference in recurrence rate between two groups （P〉0.05）.QOL score of study group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder tumor combined with intravesieal instillation of pirarubicin chemotherapy can signifi- cantly improve the life quality of patients.
