经尿道电切联合吡柔比星灌注治疗浅表性膀胱癌疗效分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切联合吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗浅表性膀胱癌的疗效。方法我院于2006年1月~2011年1月间行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术（TURBt）联合吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗浅表性膀胱癌108例,其中男67例,女41例,肿瘤单发62例,多发46例,术后每周灌注化疗1次,8次后改为每月灌注1次,至1年。结果本组108例膀胱癌均一次成功切除,无损伤或大出血,术后病理：Ta45例,T159例,Tis4例。术后复发3例,其中2例再次电切及吡柔比星灌注化疗,1例膀胱部分切除及灌注化疗,无再复发。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术联合吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗浅表性膀胱癌创伤小、疗效好、复发率低。
