摘要
辩论式法学教学方法包含“导读———提问———分析、辩论———总结”等教学思维过程,是贯彻素质教育、培养法律人才的需要,是法律职业的实际需要,是法学教学方法的历史扬弃。与其它教学方法相比,具有开发学生学习潜能,锻炼学生思辩能力,有机联系各教学环节等优势。
The law-debating teaching method include the process of reading,question,analysis and conclusion .Applying this method for 1aw major students meets the needs of carrying out the education of all rounds,training law specialists,satisfying the practice and career in law,This method is the development of teaching methods in its history. Compared with other methods,it has particular priority and superiority.
