近年来,高等教育大众化的趋势和信息技术的飞速发展,使高校思想政治工作面临新的挑战,而全面建设小康社会的目标为高校思想政治工作提出了新的要求,以“三个代表”重要思想为统领,创新思想政治教育工作, 使思想政治教育工作贴近实际,贴近生活,贴近学生,是贯彻素质教育的要求,也是促进学生全面发展的重要保证。
