摘要
根据压电、导电原理 ,研制了 CPE/ DZ/ VGCF新型减振复合材料 ,对其减振性能进行了测试、分析 ,取得了较好的效果。并对该复合材料进行了动态粘弹性的测试、分析 ,研究其减振机理 ;特别探讨了具有强介电性质的有机分子在复合材料中的减振机理 ,取得了一定成果 ,为今后在工业方面应用奠定了基础。
On the basis of the piezo effect and conductivity mechanism, a new damping composite of CPE/DZ/VGCF had been developed, the damping property was tested and analyzed in this paper. In order to further discussing the damping mechanism of composites, the dynamic mechanical behavior was tested and analyzed for a frequency of 5 Hz, 10 Hz, 30 Hz, 70 Hz, 100 Hz and a varied temperature from -70 ℃~120 ℃ when electrical conductivity was measured. And the dependence of modulus of elasticity and loss factor on the VGCF content was emphatically analyzed. Especially, the damping mechanism of organic molecular with strong dielectric behavior in the composites was studied.
