摘要 试验了灰化温度和时间对分解的影响,改进了浸出实验装置,探索了原子吸收分光光度法的分析条件,从而建立了以炭化-高温干灰化-酸溶解相结合分解热熔型阻尼材料,用原子吸收分光光度法测定其中铅和镉含量的分析方法。实验结果表明,在选定的实验条件下,按置信水平99%测定铅含量置信区间为1.46±0.04μg/g,标准加入回收率为95%~103%,相对标准偏差为2.7%;镉含量置信区间为0.18±0.03μg/g,标准加入回收率为94%~102%,相对标准偏差为3.1%。 An atomic absorption spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of lead and cadmium in thermal-fusible damping materials. The effects of cineration temperature and cineration time on sample dissociation, and the analytical conditions of atomic absorption spectrophotometry were studied. The sample was dissociated by combined use of carbonization, high temperature cineration and acid dissolving. Soaking-out device was improved. Results demonstrated that under experimental conditions and con- fidence level at 99%, the averaged confidence intervals were 1.46±0.05μg/g and 0.18± 0. 01μg/g, and recoveries of standard addition were 95% -103% and 94% -102% for lead and cadmiam, respectively. The coefficient of variation was 3.1%.
