线性扫描极谱法测定热熔型阻尼材料中铅与镉

摘要 试验了灰化温度和时间对分解的影响,改进了浸出实验装置,探索了极谱分析条件;建立了以炭化-高温干灰化-酸溶解相结合分解热熔型阻尼材料,用线性扫描极谱法测定其中铅和镉含量的分析方法。试验结果表明,在选定的实验条件下,按置信水平99%,测定铅和镉平均值的置信区间为1.47±0.05μg/g和0.17±0.01μg/g;标准加入回收率为95%~103%,变异系数为2.8%。 A method for determination of lead and cadmium in the thermal -fusible damping materials was established. After carbonizing - high temperature einerating - acid dissolving, lead and cadmium were determined by linear sweep polarography. The cineration temperature and time were tested and polarographic analytical condition was studied. Tire examinational result show that under experiment condition according to confidence level 99% corrfidence interval of average in lead and cadmium is 1.47±0.05μg/g and 0.17 ±0.01μg/g respectively. The standardized addition recovery is from 95% to 103% with the coefficient of variation 2.8%.
