摘要
根据压电、导电原理 ,研制了 CPE/ DZ/ VGCF新型减振复合材料 ,对其减振性能进行了测试、分析 ,取得了较好的效果。并对复合材料进行了介电特性的测试、分析 ,研究了其减振机理。特别探讨了具有强介电性质的有机分子在复合材料中的减振机理 ,取得了一定成果 ,为其今后在工业方面的应用奠定了基础。
On the basis of the piezo effect and conductivity mechanism, a new damping composite of CPE/DZ/VGCF has been developed, the damping property has also been tested and analyzed in this paper. In order to further discussing the damping mechanism of composites, the dielectric behavior is tested and analyzed in the frequency range 1 kHz^1000 kHz and in the temperature range from -50 ℃~120 ℃. And the measurement of DSC is carried out for a varied temperature from -70 ℃~130 ℃, when the electrical conductivity is measured. Especially, the damping mechanism of organic molecular with strong dielectric behavior in the composites is ascertained.
